from the forums we wont be able to help you with the voucher, (heads up) please refrain from posting any personal information on the forums.

Be sure to check your emails inbox and spam/junk for your receipt from when you entered for future contact with any departments concerning your reward. Also keep checks on your emails for any reward codes. the voucher is unlikely to be physical. check
your Microsoft balance in case the money was automatically credited to your account.

I checked everything and nothing so u telling me no one can help me then I been conned

After at least 6 different reaching to Microsoft support, and 5 support requests, it's now working!

Strangely, while the issue with buying 360 was occurring I was also unable to post question in this forum, then they got fixed at the same time, I'm not sure why. Last things I did on my side was to remove myself from family, where I was the only member.
I talked so many hours with Microsoft support than maybe somebody got tired, and started to take took a look at the log files... For hours, nobody understood what to do with these code, mn, req unique identifier... oh well.

These gamertags needs to be recycled because no one not even active on them or probably they don't play xbox anymore, I'm very active on xbox and im online all the time, I was hoping if Microsoft can reset these gamertags so I can get one of these that I
listed. I know there's more GT's that are just 0 gamerscores or banned, is there an actual date to when they will reset?
