You'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site. They do have a limit of how much you can redeem in a year. If you've reached that limit, you won't be able to redeem anymore until the next year.

ok , let me make sure I understand you correctly please.

I was able to redeem 5 - $100 Amazon Gift Cards yesterday 12/7/23. The first 4 took seconds to get. The 5th one said processing and finally came through today 12/8/23. I earned points this morning , and went to redeem for more amazon and it said to contact customer service. I then tried for Starbucks but it goes through the verify process and says I am verified but the Confirm Reward button will not load.

So is there a Monthly Limit or Yearly limit we can redeem on ANY reward? if so , Why stock up point for YEARS for something big?

Can you tell me why I cant redeem today and when I will be able to again please?

There is only a limited quantity of the rewards given away, so if you did watch the stream on Mixer with your Microsoft Account logged in. Then you might get the reward. They are automatically put on your account, the only way to see if you did get the
reward is by checking your purchase history on account.microsoft.com (comes up as code redeemed).
