    Lets say I work hard to earn points for Microsoft Rewards. Then I redeem a Xbox gift card with those points. Is it allowed to gift someone else that Xbox gift card that I worked hard on, or is that against Microsoft Reward's rules?

    The Xbox Rewards program is not run by Microsoft. Rewards support is only available in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.
