    Hi, I've tried to find support through contact us but it sent me here.

    I have a question if someone can help me out which is I have recently (10+ days ago) purchased using my reward points 1 month ultimate code which should have sent to my email but it has never come through, I checked my recent purchases to resend the email but it says I've never purchased it and yet my points have gone poof also this Novembers list to receive 2k points I'm stuck on number 4 as it requires the coop edition punch card to be done which I have done and both showing green but it hasn't given me the points for it. Can someone give me advice on what to do please ?

    You'll need to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

    Missing Reward Points

    There are no offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware. If you are referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards Program is not the same.

    Reward Points convert to MS currency.

    With Microsoft Rewards points you just go to their redemption page and redeem the points for either an Xbox gift card or a Live card (it's not possible to purchase gold using currency from gift cards through Xbox) and a code will be emailed to you. If you
    need further assistance, you would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.

    are not eligible.
