    Can you tell me if punchcards that require a specific amount spent on games or movies include the tax as going towards the total spent or is it calculated before tax is applied?

    I'm not sure if there is currently an offer to receive points for that purchase, but you would need to check the Microsoft Rewards app on the console. Usually if there is an offer to receive points for a specific game, it's part of a punchcard and you have to activate the punchcard before the purchase to get the points.

    If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions
    to redeem your Reward. The Rewards for completion of a Punchcard will vary with each Punchcard offer. Rewards will not be provided during the Punchcard offer period.

    You can try contacting Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site, but they will typically only award you if the purchase was made after the punchcard starts.

    Contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at very bottom of the Rewards site. It may not count since you didn't activate the punchcard before your original purchase.

    I don't believe gift purchases are eligible for punchcard offers, but you'd want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site for help.
