Microsoft rewards - Preordered Fifa 21

Yesterday i pre-ordered Fifa 21 champions edition digitally through the store on my xbox, before this i had gone on mixrosoft rewards and punched the fifa 21 card. When i go on microsoft rewards now it is still saying ‘Get Fifa 21’ takes me to the store
and says i own it, but hasnt given me the 6000 points for pre-ordering or showed it as completed on the punch card. Can anyone help please?
