Microsoft Rewards Points

For the second time now i have done the purchase this game in this time frame and recieve 6000 points. And for the second time when i go back to complete the punch card it does not work. It happened with Madden 2021 and now Cyberpunk 2077. When i try to
contact Microsoft Rewards support i submit all the info and order number just for it to say something went wrong on our end try again later. When i try again latet i get the same error any ideas?
