Microsoft Rewards Points

Hi,

I have been trying to get support from Microsoft directly but the support person I have been conversing with is just not listening to me at all so thought I'd ask here to see if there's a solution, though I think the problem is with my acocunt.

Basically, my Microsoft Rewards points balance is displaying incorrectly on both browser on my PC and on the Xbox Rewards app. When I do a search the Bing page shows my correct balance which, currently, is 3000 points over what the rewards page is showing.
Support keep insisting it's my fault and telling me to clear my browser's cache etc...I have done a complete Windows reinstall, tried 3 different browsers, tried on my phone, used browser private windows and on it goes.

All tasks I do via the rewards site fail to change the Rewards balance but do change on the Bing search page balance...same on Xbox Rewards app. Games Pass tasks do change my balance on the Rewards site. The Rewards site says I have earned 500 points this
month yet have donated 2818!! How can this happen if I have only earned 500?

Please can someone help me as this, combined with the woeful support from Support, is making me rethink all my Microsoft associations going forward asi am being denied at least 3000 points currently with no way of actually getting them back and, seemingly,
no way of getting my Rewards account fixed as the Support person is just ignoring what I say. Thank you in advance for any help
