Microsoft Rewards points

Hi, I've just purchased Star Wars Squadrons through the rewards app on my xbox. I should of got the 4000 points but nothing has changed. The box is still unchecked like I haven't purchased it. I've tried it multiple times over the last couple of days and
it never updates. This isn't the first time it hasn't worked for me either.
