    Hello there, I don't know where to find help so I'll write it directly here. I can't contact Microsoft support in any ways now and I can't have answer. So I have a problem. A few months ago I've
    change my Microsoft rewards points to buy a 1 YEAR GOLD subcription. It was back in Febuary. I don't know why but my gold ended yesterday for no reason. I told my problem to an agent and he told me to contact Microsoft rewards so I did it via a ticket. Here
    what they told me in message :

    Please be inform that upon checking your account we confirm that the token is already applied to your account on Feb 19, 2019, and yes
    you are correct your points was deducted when you redeem the Gift card and as of this writing you have 8668 points. We are under the impression that it is possible issues with your Xbox region that may cause of early expiration of your Gold. This having said,
    we advise you to contact the Xbox Support Team so that you could be assisted with your inquiry.

    ( Why did they ask me the problem, send me to contact reward to send me back to them huh ?! )

    After this message today I tried to recontact Microsoft by the support chat but I can't access it. I tried by phone and they told me I need to send a ticket....... REALLY MICROSOFT ? I did reply to the message and here what they
    told me again :

    While we appreciate you coming to us for help, we support issues related to Microsoft Rewards and your Rewards account. If there’s anything that we can help you related to Rewards, do not hesitate to
    reply or submit a support ticket. We will be more than happy to serve you! In the meantime, please try contacting Xbox support again for further assistance.

    After that I had a message THEY CLOSED THE CASE and I can't contact them directly?! So for now I bought a new year subcription because I need it to play my games but I really would like to see what happened
    to my points, they are not in my account anymore since I bought it in Febuary and I don't have my gold membership anymore. Can I have some help PLEASE ?

    MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

    From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
    convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

    Will VIP gems be monetized if they are not redeemed by the time the program closes?

    Not exactly. If you keep the gems until the program switches to the Microsoft Rewards program, each gem will be transferred over as 1 Microsoft Rewards point (So you would get 1880 Microsoft Rewards points). Gems and Microsoft Rewards points don't actually
    have a monetary value so it wouldn't be the same as $18.80.

    Are you talking about Microsoft rewards points? If so then they keep accumulating.

    If you don't mean Microsoft rewards points, please give more information

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.
