Microsoft Rewards Points

So I just attempted to redeem my 7000 reward points for a $10 Xbox gift card, and they def took my points; but i have yet to receive my conformation email with my code.

MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

 

Will VIP gems be monetized if they are not redeemed by the time the program closes?

You'll need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program for assistance. Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours to receive the code.

 

I do not never recived $25 xbox gift card code and im still waiting
