Microsoft Rewards points aren’t redeeming

I redeemed from the Microsoft Rewards app on my xbox. I don’t see an order history on there. However, when I go to my order history on my actual microsoft account, its not showing up there either. So, I basically have nothing to back up my case.

Oh wow, thanks for that link! I’ll have to save it in my bookmarks. It says its still “in progress”, so ill give it 24 hours. I also took a screenshot of my confirmation number and feel a little more comfortable now. Thanks again!

On the page where you redeem the cards you can find your order history and you can resend it from there. If it still isn't added to your account after about 24 hours, you'll need to contact

Microsoft Rewards support.

Since they've gone to direct deposit I haven't had any issues receiving the funds, but I did have a couple of issues back when they still sent codes for those. Typically their support would get back to me within 24 hours with a code.

You'll need to go through the Rewards website itself https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/

On the Microsoft Rewards Page each Amount for points depending on the Gift Code you are trying to get 1-5 usually around 1-5K total points or more that has happen to me multiple times in the past every time i was exact amount it would decline until i went
over about 100 more points then it would let me Redeem Reward !
