Microsoft rewards on Xbox

Dear Team,

Kindly note that I downloaded Microsoft rewards on Xbox app, but the serious issue

that it always tells me that my market is not supported, despite trying to change the region.

Please I need your feedback why my market is not supported , I am located in Cairo, Egypt., and I used the US store and AUS store.

Never received my rewards!

It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

 

Microsoft rewards is not available everywhere.

 

MS Rewards are not available in every country.

This could be due to the region you are in. You can view the
supported regions for Microsoft rewards. Using a different profile region and purchase region will cause issues with the profile.

This is not fair.

Tell me sir please and honestly , why should I stick again to Microsoft and recommend Xbox for anyone ?

Why shouldn't I turn to Sony for PS4 ? At least they have equality.

Bro, I bought Xbox and I paid microsoft the money , I buy accessories and pay microsoft, I buy your games,So why the heck someone in different area gets a privilege over me.

 

It let you download the app because you changed your region on the store. If you have to change your store region in order to download something, then it doesn't guarantee it's going to work in your region.

Rules and regulations in each country can vary which means not everything is available everywhere. The Microsoft Rewards program just recently started expanding so it's not available in all of the same regions the Xbox is yet. It could expand to Egypt in
the future. The same would apply on Playstation depending on the app.

 

Sorry, this is a scripted answer , but this is like saying " Go screw yourself" in a formal polite way.

Imagine bro at your work everyone gets a raise except you, and when you ask why, your manager says maybe in the future !!

I am really disappointed, Microsoft is making a serious mistake here.

I definitely understand your frustrations here, but nothing can be done while your region is not supported. All we can do is hope your region becomes supported in the future. Until then, it is as Smwutches said. "If you have to change your store region in
order to download something, then it doesn't guarantee it's going to work in your region."
