Microsoft rewards offer not completing

Contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions
to redeem your Reward. The Rewards for completion of a Punchcard will vary with each Punchcard offer. Rewards will not be provided during the Punchcard offer period.

What offer are you looking for credits from? The Xbox Rewards program generally does not email anything after completing an offer. If this is for the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

Featured Monthly Missions

This includes our featured monthly offer on the site (past examples include Xbox University and XOXO Rewards; these offers usually feature separate Rewards Credits amounts for buying select content, avatar items and completing achievements, plus an extra
bonus for completing all of the steps).

For example, this month's featured monthly mission would be the Apocalypse Rewards offer. Since you have only done the Microsoft Movies and TV offer, which is a recurring offer and not a featured monthly mission, you have not completed this MyChallenge.

The Microsoft Rewards program offers are completely different than the Xbox Rewards Program and they do not offer anything similar to VIP rebates. However, with the transition they are offering a certain amount of points based on your spending and your current
