Microsoft rewards not working

Before buying Call of duty Cold War, I went through my Microsoft rewards and saw that if I clicked a punch card then bought Call Of Duty Cold war I would be able to get 6000 points. After buying Call
of Duty Cold war it said that I haven't even bought it and I was going to use the 6000 points with my 4000 points in my account to get a $10 giftcard to get Rainbow Six Siege because it is on sale for $10 and not the normal $40 for the next 9 hours. Please
help me get the points that I payed for.

The Xbox Rewards program is not the same as the Microsoft Rewards program. So if you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points for game pass, you would need to continue trying to work with Microsoft Rewards support. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

You'll want to try contacting Microsoft Rewards customer support. However, if the game was bought before the offer
became available it may not be eligible.

Yep same just dashboards me , what good msg rewards team been waitingnfive days hear bout broken stated decay quest , yet you take cash OK and fix fuxk all tired it , thanks feed back you get younbreak more fix
