    Microsoft rewards not working


    I tried to use 4800 if my Microsoft points to get $5 but when I try to redeem them the app (on xbox one) crashes. Are the rewards region locked for US only because I am in Canada?

    Microsoft Rewards Not Working

    I recently downloaded Microsoft Support and one of my rewards offers is to buy and play State of Decay 2. Problem is, I already had bought and played it. Now I don’t know how to claim the 3,000 points. Am I still eligible for those
    points and if so, how do I redeem them?

    You'll want to try contacting Microsoft Rewards customer support. However, if the game was bought before the offer
    became available it may not be eligible.
