microsoft rewards not working today on xbox one

what i say in the subject can start it up but it do not turn on and pop back to the home page cant do the rewards on the phone as it out of date and old i belive i had this happen ones befor and it take like 7h or more for it to be
fix been trying form 9.35 am to now of 10.26am

Sorry to hear it. On your phone you should try updating the app. However, if the app is not loading on your console then please try powercycling it by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps

phone is old and one pic fill it up had to clear what apps was on the phone so i guess just wait for the app to work on it own on the xbox

My rewards app was working for me today. Maybe try clearing the cache.
