Microsoft rewards not working in xbox one x.

That didn't work either it mite be because I'm with youfibre and it has the latest ip version and xbox is still on the old one so mite have to ring youfibre yo out me on the old ip and see if that works if not I won't be able to get points of xbox gamepass or go on my Microsoft rewards on the xbox.

I can still get on the Microsoft rewards on xbox on my old xbox one x but can't get on it on the xbox series x

I have the website in Spanish Spain but the Microsoft Rewards section is still in English and in dollars and I want it in Spanish and in Euros. The whole page is in Spanish only is the page of the gift points.

have you checked the region settings on your console?

Both this or the region on your xbox account could be the cause.

I agree with this. Also check your settings at: https://account.microsoft.com and bottom left corner on the page should display your region, if it isn't correct, click on it and
edit to the correct region.

On the main menu, press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of the console, restart.

Reboot your console by holding down the power button for 8 seconds then try it again.
