Microsoft rewards not working for achievements.

For the Microsoft rewards I was working on the game pass one where you're supposed to get achievements in specific games . I got the achievements but it didn't give me the points and still says to unlock an achievement.

As stated on the site, the Xbox Rewards program was changed to the Microsoft Rewards program so it is no longer available. The Xbox Rewards program did not give credits based on achievements.

Microsoft Rewards or Xbox Rewards? The Microsoft Rewards program is separate from the Xbox Rewards program so Xbox Rewards support would not be able to assist if that's what you're referring to.

If you are referring to the Xbox Rewards program, there are generally no offers to receive credits just for achievements. In order to earn credits for achievements, they have to be part of a specific offer on the site at the time. Generally the offers involve
purchasing a specific game that is eligible for the offer and then earning a set number of achievements in that game.

You may also be confusing the previous MyAchievements program with earning credits for achievements. MyAchievements was the previous version of the VIP program which ended September 2014 when the program switched to the current star levels. With MyAchievements
your VIP rebates were based on gamerscore and the rebates were for purchases made in the store, not for earning achievements.

I have the exact same problem,now been more than 5 days. Don't have any faith in getting the points either. Can't even speak to a human agent about it at all. An absolute disgrace.

 

Hi lots of people having issues with this including myself I contacted Microsoft support waiting on reply.

I have emailed reward support team. They aim to have a 24hr turn around time for replies. Will post their reply when I get it.

 

I had similar issues with the punch cards. I contacted support and they told me there has been a sync issue and that they are working on it. Make sure you contact them and let them know so you get your rewards.
