Microsoft Rewards not working correctly.

It's not a glitch. It's just a terrible way of punishing those of us who pre-ordered early. We don't get the bonus points because our pre-orders were done before the dates required by the idiotic special. THIS is one of the things that REALLY gets under
my skin with MS Rewards and it needs to change.

You would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is separate from them.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Since payback is no longer based off achievements, they do not award Credits. However, from time to time there will be offers on the MyMissions page that award for those.

I know the Mass Effect one wouldn't work, same with the Resident Evil 8 one but I didn't buy Mass Effect so not bothered about that one but I did buy Resident Evil 8. I contacted Rewards Support and they gave me the 250 points I should have got from the app. It's been the same for 3 weeks. Now. First Resident Evil 8 then Mass Effect now these 2. Ias I said before though I got June ones working. Just lucky maybe.

I've got the same problem! Have earned an achievement but cannot activate the punch card. Have been having issues with rewards since 18th March! Achieve more earn more hasn't worked since then and all that happens from support is they give me the points I'm owed and close the ticket, am up to 5 tickets so far. The 6000 points for buying Mass Effect punch card didn't work either, activated it, clicked on the link and bought the game and nothing happened. Waited for 2 days before contacting support to get the points.
