Microsoft Rewards not work on mobile app android (GamePass)

Hola. Tengo una duda. Tengo la Subscripción Gamepass (básica, no ultimate) y estoy inscrito en el programa Rewards. Tan sólo juego en PC, no dispongo de consola. En la APP móvil (android) de Xbox GamePass
me aparece un candado en las tareas y no me deja entregarlas. ¿Sabrías cuál es el problema por casualidad? Gracias. Saludos

Hi. I have a doubt. I have the Gamepass Subscription (basic, not ultimate) and I am enrolled in the Rewards program. I only play on PC, I don't have a console. In the mobile APP (android) of Xbox GamePass a lock appears on the tasks and does not let me deliver

I have this issue too with my Xbox One X and the Android GamePass app. This used to work however something must have changed in either my Dashboard (Preview Alpha) or the Android app. Strangely enough, the Android GamePass app is able to uninstall items
on my console and record the installation progress when I manually install GamePass games on my console.

I have reported this issue both on the GamePass app and via console Insider Hub report feature.

Hello!

Region on the Xbox Is Italy

I don't use VPN and never used the trick to change region to play early on the day one games...

Tryed to soft reset (Press the Power button 10 seconds then disconnect the Power cord)

Tryed to disconnect the router (the router region Is Italy)

Tryed to reinstall the Microsoft rewards app

Tryed like you Say to create another account (new email,new password,new gamertag)

Still the message "market Is not supported)

On the Xbox gamepass android app are disappeared the gamepass missions

On the web Page of Microsoft rewards i can Just redeem the points and earn the points of Microsoft/Bing (doing the quest/quiz) but the Xbox rewards not
