Microsoft Rewards not updating the achievements

So i'm on an 8 week streak and the last thing i need is unlock 3 achievements, i already got 10+ achievements in this week already and even completing an entire game, but the lame app is frozen at 1/3 and i couldn't find a support for the app

What's the solution?

In that menu it says:

This app doesnt have achievements

I have my 3 achievements for this weeks 100pts and it still shows I have NO achievements. This happens quite frequently and it is getting very frustrating that they have not fixed something that should he very simple.

I completed my achievements within hours of the new week of challenges so I very quickly got credit for it. Weirdly, the whole week it showed I had completed 0/3 achievements but it had a green check mark next to it. I must've earned my achievements
before the system started having problems. I think early in the week it temporarily displayed 3/3 before it started showing 0/3. I am also at 40 weeks. I'm glad I was able to quickly complete the weekly challenge before the system started having problems.
I'll remember this in the future so I know to knock it out early in the week. I hope I don't run into problems with this in the future. I hope this problem get resolved for everyone who is having problems so that they are awarded the points they earned and
so that the streaks that they played and worked towards will continue.

I am having this same problem where it shows I only earned 1 out of 3 achievements even though I earned 5 recently. I would've completed a 40 week streak if it updated properly! If this isn't fixed then I am missing out on a 2,500 point bonus! I have earned
5 achievements since Friday so I am also missing out on 4 days worth of 50 Microsoft Rewards Point Bonusus for earning achievements plus the 40 points for earning at least three achievements. 2,500+50+50+50+50+40=2,740

This means I am missing out on 2,740 Microsoft Points! Please fix this so I can get credit for my achievements and not have to start over my streak.
