Microsoft rewards not received?!?!

So recently I’ve seen a promotion on Xbox rewards which I attempted to redeem and the challenge tied to the promotion was that if you were to go out and purchase an Xbox one ex you would receive 50,000 reward points So about a day or two later after seeing
this promotion I went out and purchased an Xbox one ex and when I got home I hooked it up and everything and so I went on to the rewards program to check if the points were credited to my account and unfortunately they weren’t so I was a little upset I’ve
tried contacting Xbox support multiple times Throughout the week and still I’ve been given no solution this problem began last Friday and it is now been at least a week I’m hoping to get a solution soon the account that was supposed to receive the 50,000 points
was So if it’s possible and you can add them after reading this please do so and email me when it’s done I would truly appreciate it because I had plans on using those points to purchase a nice Xbox gift card thank you for your time.

Haven't received my 50000 points for Upgrading to the Xbox One X.

That is an image from the Microsoft Rewards app, not the Xbox Rewards program. So it's a Microsoft Rewards offer. You will need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program again as Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

I Redeemed points for a 1-Month Code for the Xbox Game Pass and did not get the code.

The Xbox Rewards program is not the same as the Microsoft Rewards program. So if you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points for game pass, you would need to continue trying to work with Microsoft Rewards support. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

Which Microsoft Rewards are you referring to? I live in Brazil and I am able to exchange the points received for the XBOX rewards I earn on Quests made in games, but I never received a physical reward.

Do you mean you redeemed the code on your Microsoft account and the points aren't showing up in game, or you redeemed it from Microsoft Rewards and haven't received that code yet?

If it's from Rewards, keep in mind it takes up to 24 hours to receive anything you redeem. If you don't receive it in that time, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either list the code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

You sign in with your Microsoft Account on Bing or on the Microsoft Rewards Xbox app and you will receive rewards points for doing searches and activities that can then be used to "buy" various rewards that will be sent to your email in the rewards tab
using those points.
