Microsoft Rewards Mobile Search (Not Working)

I have a iPad 5th generation and I downloaded Microsoft edge on it and I signed in with my Microsoft account and also scanned the QR code and I am searching with bing and then when I look at my rewards dashboard my searches are not going in and im not
getting any points for searching with bing on mobile. How do I fix this because I really want to get more points for a xbox gift card?

You sure you're using the right apps? There's two. Bing Rewards for PC and the "daily" credits. Then "Bing Search" is used for the mobile credits as it is specifically for phones and tablets. I used to get confused till I tried out Bing Search and it gave me the mobile credits. Now I use the combination of both for all my searches. Sometimes the 15 credits don't work on "Bing Rewards" app and you have to like go to bing.com on the net app or from your browser but "Bing Search" should work for mobile no problem.Click to expand...

I used the Bing search app on my phone. When I go into the Bing Rewards app it always says zero for Mobile. It is not a big deal though.

My apologies and I totally understand where you are coming from.

I have tried the Bing search on my mobile rewards app and it seems to be working normally without the use of the "KI" button" upon using Bing search. Any letters I put don't disappear as well.

It seems the app itself has the error.

I would recommend you reinstall the Mobile rewards app for troubleshooting.

You can also try to disable the Contextual search under settings > search.

however, if this doesn't work, you may need to directly contact Microsoft Rewards Department as they have tools to fix your Mobile Rewards App here on this link:

Just to confirm, you're trying to redeem Xbox Game Pass using your Microsoft Rewards points, correct?

Have you tried searching for it via the Rewards app on console, mobile, and the website?

do mobile search or pc search, that will get you 370 points plus theres other things to do on the rewards app.
