    Microsoft Rewards Language Selection


    Hello,

    Posting from Belgium where Microsoft Rewards Xbox app is available both in Dutch and in French, as seen here: Regions and Languages.

    On my Xbox, Microsoft Rewards in displayed in Dutch. Ideally, I'd love to have English used everywhere, but if it's not possible, I'd like to know how to switch to French?

    Please note that setting French as main language for online Microsoft sites or other products is not an option.

    Here are all my language settings:

    • On my XBoxOne, in System > Language & Location
      • Language: English
      • Language Region: English (United States)
      • Location: Belgium
      • Keyboard and dictation: English (United States)
      • Spoken Language: English (United States)
    • On MSN.com (from this post)
      • in Language and Content (the cog wheel): United States (English)
      • in Language selection (the globe): United States (English) - EN
    • On Bing.com
      • Language: English
      • Country / Region: Belgium - French

    Hello,

    Not really, of course I could set French in the Xbox locales settings, but then everything would be in French, which I don't want either.

    Even temporarily, changing the locales requires a reboot of the console, so: changing the locale to French, rebooting, using Microsoft Rewards, changing the locales back to English, rebooting again... err... no, thank you :)

    What I'd like to know is if there is a way to have Microsoft Rewards in English like all the other apps and games, or an option to use French instead of Dutch?

    For what I've searched so far, the answer seems to be no. But I'm still hoping to get help here.

    Unfortunately for now Microsoft rewards is only available in select regions.
