Microsoft Rewards issues - Achievement and Redemption Related

Certain Achievements I have gotten for the Rewards ( specifically the Femme Fatales). I've earned a couple of achievements in a few eligible games, and though it says the achievement is unlocked, It doesnt transfer to the rewards page... it's not
a big deal for these particular ones, but I'm trying for the most recent Gamerscore one on rewards (a big point getter, really like the addition, tbh) but as I can't even see what games are eligible (it just directs me back to the Rewards home page when I
try) I just don't want to earn 10,000 points and have it all be for naught because it is not recognizing my achievements on the Rewards page - any input is appreciated, I'd just really like to get those points, because Iv'e been racking em up, I think the
whole premise is genius, but it feels like i've hit a brick wall, any input would be appreciated, and thank you in advance

I noticed the games were not displaying when using the console app too, if you have the game pass app on your phone, you can view the games from there

if it doesn't recognise the achievement go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards and select
Contact Microsoft Rewards Support near the bottom of the page and fill out a support ticket.

they are really good about making sure you get the points you've earned

After completing the task it can take a few days to show through.

If you are worried about it at the bottom of the rewards page you can contact them . Let them know theres a bug . 👍
