Microsoft Rewards is Not letting me complete a task

There's this task that says i have to search on Bing 50 times.

Well on phone or Xbox they don't count for some reason so i used an alt account to try and do that same task to see if it was the account or my xbox.

Well in that account i couldn't make the task either so help.

Best bet would be to contact the Microsoft Rewards support team directly from the contact form at the bottom of your rewards dashboard on a browser. They're always able to help me when I've contacted them in the past.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Microsoft Rewards. I recommend logging into your Microsoft
Rewards account.

Then go to the rewards request form and submit a
form for them to look into. Sometimes takes a little bit for the quests to update also.

I received an email from microsoft stating that you had to sign into the xbox live through a xbox not on a computer in order to complete the task and move on to moon gate. I didn't see anywhere on the rewards page that stated you had to sign in and out
through an xbox. That is what they told me as to why I couldn't complete the task and move on to moon gate.

Credits for that offer should show as pending about 15 days after the game ships as long as you purchased it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com on or after March 7.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

Since it has not yet been 15 days since your purchase, the Credits have not yet been awarded.
