Microsoft Rewards is confusing

Discus and support Microsoft Rewards is confusing in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I am having little trouble understanding the Microsoft Rewards program.     Microsoft Rewards is confusing


    I am having little trouble understanding the Microsoft Rewards program. I do a quest or two and the redemption of the points go through half the time. Is it a bug or a glitch in the system?

    I believe you are confusing the Microsoft Bing Rewards Program and the Xbox Live Rewards Program. The Microsoft Bing Rewards program requires you to have "500 points" per month to maintain level 2. You will have to direct inquiries to their customer service
    team as the Xbox Live Rewards Program (here) does not work with that reward program.

    What you going to used from the triple play promo on XBLR?

    Rewards is confusing me.. To left, it says 840 microsoft points. Under Points Awarded To Date, it says 700. I thought the Microsoft point number on the left (above my VIP badge) was my points that I've been awarded in total?

    Your Microsoft Rewards points can only be used and redeemed for rewards that are available there. They are not to be confused with your Microsoft account balance and cannot be used to make purchases.

    Smwutches is correct. However, you may have confused our program with Microsoft Rewards, since you mention getting points for hardware. Xbox Live Rewards and Microsoft Rewards are not the same programs.
