Microsoft rewards "in progress?"

Had enough points to redeem for 5 x £10 xbox credit, but only 3 have come through, with two of them showing as in progress. Been this way for several hours now. Any ideas? Thanks

MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

1. The offer is through the Microsoft Rewards program, so you would need to contact their customer support for clarification.

2. You can track your progress on the offer through the Rewards site.

Again, you would have to contact the producers of the game for that information. None of the stats, progress, in-game rewards, or levels are maintained by Microsoft.

sometimes there is a Microsoft Rewards Quest to earn 10,000 gamer score for 10,000 MS Reward Points.

you need to get the MS Rewards app on your Xbox to view your progress.

if you have Game Pass then you can also do the Game Pass Quests for more Reward Points.

Gems and MyChallenges were only created in October, as stated in the FAQ. They do not award activity done before they existed. Furthermore, we see that you have perks waiting to be claimed for your consecutive surveys, and we see that you recently claimed
