Microsoft Rewards in Portugal

I've seen that Microsoft Rewards is available in several countries, namely Brazil, that shares the same language as Portugal, and Spain, that is Portugal's neighbor. However, while I'd very much like to participate in Microsoft Rewards in order to get an Xbox Game Pass, it is not available in Portugal (my region).

Are there any plans of making it available to Portugal as well? Is there any other way for me to access Microsoft Rewards? Is there any other way for me to obtain the Game Pass in a similarly free way?

Sadly I cannot answer if they have plans of extending the program to different regions but there is a FAQ about Microsoft Rewards that might be able to answer more of the questions you have.

Not allowed and doing so and getting caught which is fairly easy to do

Your payment option and other ways of detecting vpns are a big hole in your theory

And can earn you a permanent suspension from xbox rewards we see the posts all the time for abusing the ms rewards system

You gotta remember there are laws on contests and promos

It seems that even if the account were to join Microsoft Rewards in another country I'd still be unable to participate from my country.

Would using a VPN somehow enable me to participate? Or is it prohibited to do so?

Would signing up with a phone number from a country that has access to Microsoft Rewards and use a VPN let me participate? Or, again, is it not allowed?
