Microsoft Rewards?? I Guess?

Hey!

Not sure why I was redirected here by the Customer Support team.... But anyways.

I was just checking out the new Microsoft Rewards App on my Xbox and it shows me an offer of buying an Xbox One X for points, I literally just purchased a One X like 2 weeks ago. I was wondering if I was eligible for the reward points or not.

Also, when i click on the Offer itself it gives me errors, so that might be a bug worth looking into.

This is literally a yes or no question and I was redirected to a forum to get it answered.....not to mention it took the person 15 mins to tell me they couldnt help me when one of the first things said was "I Understand you have a question about Microsoft
Rewards"

Microsoft already said the new sensor doesn't need as much space as the old one.

So you're telling me that not only were you able to respond to me quicker than the person i was in a live chat with, they were also wrong about the information provided. Wow lol
