Microsoft Rewards Help

Well I had about 40$ worth of Rewards points just sitting around so I redeemed them so I could buy DLC for a game. Waited for the points to be converted and deposited. Its now 8 days past the date it says it was deposited!

I'd enjoy to be able to buy my DLC asap. Have a Good Weekend!

Will I lose my Microsoft rewards points when Xbox live rewards takes over?

The Microsoft Rewards pogram is not changing. The Xbox Rewards program is turning into the Microsoft Rewards program. So you would not lose any Microsoft Rewards points.

please help I accidentally opt out of transfer to Microsoft rewards. it closed my xbox live rewards account please reopen to transfer to Microsoft rewards thank you

3450 Rewards Credits is 3.45, not 34.50. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce
page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. You spent this deposit shortly after you received it on Rock Band 4 content.
