Microsoft Rewards help someone?

Hi, never used this before... just wondering if someone could help me understand something. So its been around 4 - 5 months now in which my Rewards account has been ‘suspended’. In which to this day i have no clue about. So... i’ve spoke with Microsoft
way more than several times asking if they could help, get there supervisor to speak to me, give me some valid info... nothing. I’ve tried many times to ask for this back as it is rightfully mine. I pay for a service i should have full access for. So my plan
is or was curious is it possible to create a new microsoft account and put all my stuff there... so basically my Xbox account... so if i make a new Microsoft account would i be able to connect my xbox with that account via the email... then earn rewards again?
Or would it mess up? I’ve sat and waited and i’ve been on Xbox for well over 4 years and it’s always me walking away feeling crap. Really need some answers. Thanks!

Thanks man. I’ve filed many requests... but i’m trying so hard. I’m not even sure as to why they’ve done it.

I litterly started doing my rewards yesterday so i dont understand much but you can only link one email

Of course, you can. Make another account with another email and play by the rules. Don't have multiple accounts without real people behind it. Don't use VPN for farming points in countries out of your region.

I heard that someone got the suspension lifted off after 2 years. Write to the support and ask for an explanation. They always respond in a 24-hour time frame. The best site for rewards is on Reddit. Link.

luck. And one last thing I know: They don't lift suspensions easily. Almost forgot: you are allowed 6 accounts per household.

Hi Modern,

Thanks for coming to the forums. Is this for the Microsoft rewards? If so you can fill out a ticket and someone will assist you. When logged into Microsoft rewards app, scroll to the bottom and select contact Microsoft rewards support. This will open a ticket.
