Microsoft rewards have never worked for me on xbox

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same. Your reference numbers will only work for Xbox phone/chat support, so you will need to detail
your issue again when you email Microsoft Rewards support as they will not have access to that information.

Also, you should never post personal information on a public forum.

I did ask Microsoft rewards support but they never replied to me

the Microsoft Rewards website.

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
into Microsoft Rewards Points.
