Microsoft Rewards Game Pass Punchcard

On microsoft rewards there is a 'Game Pass Punchcard'. For this challenge you have to activate the card and complete several achievements on game pass titles to earn 5000 points.

I have activated the card and completed the tasks required on the 15th. However, the card isn't updating and therefore I can't redeem the points.

I was wondering whether someone would be able to help fix this for me?

Missing reward points

If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions
to redeem your Reward. The Rewards for completion of a Punchcard will vary with each Punchcard offer. Rewards will not be provided during the Punchcard offer period.

How long does it take for the achievements on the game pass punchcard on the microsoft rewards app to register? I did activate the first punch card first before doing anything and it's been over week since I did everything for it.

Hi, I know that some activities for this promotion will take up to 48 hours to track. In my experience and in the experience of a few other users I've seen post here, they will occasionally take longer. I'd recommend the following:

-If applicable and if possible, try completing the activity on both the Microsoft Rewards app on the Xbox console and another device.

-If the activities haven't registered for a few days, you could consider contacting Microsoft Rewards customer support directly at

this link.

I completed all the tasks on the 13th November it is now the 21st. Still not updated to claim my points.

I contacted the support team on the 19th they replied stating the points had been added to my account but they haven't.

I replied back but no reply as of yet.

Remember the Live Rewards program is managed by a different company, and not Microsoft.

All i can say is sit tight for and see what happens around the middle of the month.
