Microsoft Rewards/ Game pass puch card

Is there anyone that I can talk to on the phone or live chat that can help me with the challenges for the puch card not registering. Under the Microsoft rewards app on xbox, there is a punch card worth 5000 Microsoft point that if you finish the challenges
by a certain date you are suppose to receive these points. I completed all the required challenges and only two are showing as completed. It does say that it may take several days for it to show up, well its been two weeks.

The problem is the very first challenges that I completed are not showing up as done while the very last ones I did a few days ago appeared just a few days later. I even went back and did the challenges over again with no change in status. Is anyone else
experienced this and is there anyone that can help me. Thank you in advanced.

Game Pass yearly subscription

If you're not already part of it, you should look into the Microsoft Rewards program. You earn points for doing things and can use the points for Game Pass. So that makes it free.

Thanks Smwutches! Usually use MS Rewards for XBox Live sub, but looks to be a better point-to-dollar value for Game Pass. Does that ever go on a "Hot Deal" like the XBox/Microsoft gift cards?

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support.
Unfortunately it is not possible to contact them via chat or phone.

I have opened 2 tickets on this issue with their customer support. Both of them have been closed without any communication other than the case closure confirmation. I can provide screenshots of the Punch Card and my achievements with the dates to help.

If you are referring to the November quests remember it takes 2-3 weeks for the rewards to be sent out. Which is around Dec.14-21st. Even on the website it states how do I know if I finished the quest- Microsoft answer says they track it all. The only way
to contact the reward support is like Smwutches stated and fill out the request form. unfortunately.

Hi I've got the same problem that my achievement won't register on the points puch card I have had seven new achievement s and it won't give the 500 point rewards for my achievement I have done fairmonster229
