Microsoft rewards for logging into xbox live for 10 days

I was told to leave a comment or post to the xbox live forums for our xbox live engineers to update your account details - when asking about how to tell if I am getting credit for logging into xbox live.

My xbox 360 does not have the option for downloading the microsoft rewards app. There is no "store" I have been told previously exists on the xbox.

I do not understand (Swing though Wild Kingdom and what I/we are supposed to do to complete the task of "Log into Xbox Live (Log into your Xbox Live account for 10 days) " nor do I see any indication of receiving credit for logging into Xbox Live ie some
sort of countdown clock or task completion notice for logging into Xbox live each day. When I open the link of the email sent to me and click on any of the buttons it just sends me back to the rewards dashboard. Additionally can no documentation for this
program other than the scant information on Points Crusader

It usually takes a few days (up to 7-10 days) for the system to assess and add Reward points to the Live Reward pending page. Unfortunately none of the Ambassadors have/knows specific dates or times for this as the Live Reward Program is an automated system
which is moderated by an independant crew from another Microsoft/Xbox service.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would want to contact their customer support.

 

The question is not related to microsoft reward, rather xbox live.

1. What qualifies as login to xbox live? - logging into xbox.com or opening xbox with xbox live profile logged in or something else?

2. Is there a way to track my xbox live login history just so that we can track if we qualify for microsoft reward?

 

1. The offer is through the Microsoft Rewards program, so you would need to contact their customer support for clarification.

2. You can track your progress on the offer through the Rewards site.

 

Let's forget about Microsoft rewards for a moment and try to revisit my questions:

1. Is there a general Microsoft/Xbox standard as what qualifies as logging into xbox live?

2. Is there some way I can see my xbox live login history, just like any website shows their login history?

 

1. Generally if you're signed in on your console, you're signed into Live.

2. No.

I've had this issue as well. Doesn't seem like there is a sufficient way for us to track progress in a reasonable manner. It would be great to have an actual tracker system in place if their going to setup requirements like that to continue on into the
next stage of the offer.

Someone can create an idea to track the quests and see what happens.

That app ONLY works for Xbox. Even says "For XBOX" in the name.

 

How about Microsoft makes sure their promotions work before making them go live and before you put a time limit on them. How about Microsoft finds an accurate way of tracking log ins or games played of anything else the Quests and Microsoft Rewards requires
BEFORE making contests and promotions requiring the tracking of that information.

Seriously, did a gas leak occur at Microsoft HQ and everyone's IQ dropped 80 points?

This site is a joke, they respond like bots and completely ignore you're issue. They came in talking about stuff that had nothing to do with what you posted. They keep dropping that useless link that takes you to a site that tells you to post here. Nobody
knows nothing about quest. They don't even know there's a problem lol!
