    Microsoft rewards error, rewards gets declined


    I tried to order a Xbox pc gaming pass for 1 month and I have enough points but when I press confirm reward, it’s says there is an error saying that my Microsoft account or my order has an error.

    how do I fix this?

    I already did this, and they said that they fixed the issue, but when I checked, I still got the same issue, is there another option?
