    Microsoft Rewards does not load


    The Microsoft Rewards app for Xbox doesn't load completely and I've tried several things to try to resolve it but to no avail which included:



    Restart the console.

    Clear MAC and restart.

    Clear persistent storage.

    Clear cache.

    Reinstall the APK.

    Update system and system APKs with Microsoft Store.



    Could someone please help me?

    I have the same issue, it is also not recognising the times I have logged into the app - this means that potentially come Monday night/Tuesday I could lose my run of 119 weeks of weekly sets.
