    Microsoft Rewards Credits are not depositing.


    My Microsoft Rewards Credits statements inform me that I have a substantial sum of Credits pending deposit into my account that are unable to be depositing because my account needs updating. I follow the link given which simply carries me to billing profile
    and everything there looks like it's in order. I simply cannot figure out what could be causing this issue. My account name is . I really need some help in resolving this issue.

    Xbox Rewards credits not depositing

    I have 27,274 Xbox Rewards credits pending and they are not depositing and I can find no way to deposit them.

    Hello Rise Lara Crft,

    Your account does not have a Microsoft payable account to deposit into, so the deposit is failing. We cannot deposit Rewards Credits into a non-Microsoft billable account (like Credit Cards). If you wish to receive your deposit,
    you must create a Microsoft payable account for us to deposit Rewards Credits into. We can no longer transfer Credits between different gamertags. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Your account points, are they Xbox Rewards credits (rewards.xbox.com), or are the Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards) points?

    For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

    If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

    They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.

    Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.
    Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)
