    Microsoft Rewards Code not being sent


    i ordered through the Microsoft Rewards store page over 3 days ago now a "Hot item Deal Sale" you guys had for a (1 month Xbox games pass) usually about 7000 points-- purchased for sale price of 4800 points.

    So I currently have 4800 points missing as the transaction was completed however I never received the email confirmation with a redeemable code. On the rewards transaction history page, it says at the top to click "resend" for items such as this, however
    I do not see the option to resend. Forcing me to contact customer service multiple times. Finally I got a response telling me to post this in the forums at this location precisely. This is my last hope effort of getting the item I purchased or getting a refund
    of points and if nobody responds to me here or helps me out, I will simply have to come to terms with the theft of points Microsoft just pulled off on my account. Thanks. Please help

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. There are no offers for your region that would have resulted in a code being sent to you. We also see you currently as a Canadian Rewards member due to you registering into the program with a Canadian Microsoft
    Account, but again, this means that we would not have sent a code to you. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

    My points are no longer available for redemption

    I recived a code from Xbox live rewards saying that I would get a code for a hundred and sixty microsoft points and the code wasent there It just said something about not being available and It wasent redeemed yet to solve this problem I would like to
    recive my points immediately sent To my email a replacement code

    Before emailing support, keep in mind it can take 24 hours to receive codes after redeeming them. You can also check your order history on the redemption page of the rewards site and it will either list the code there as well or have the option to resend.

    at the bottom of the Rewards site you'll find the link to contact the Rewards support.

    The only people who can help you with Rewards account issues !

    Per the terms the codes are being sent on or around the 26th, so you may not necessarily get it on the 26th. However, if you are a Rewards member and don't get the code, post on the Rewards forum and they should be able to get you the code.
