Microsoft Rewards Challenges not completing

Well the last thing I would want for you, is to feel ignored. I can completely empathize with your situation. I would ask, from your experience have the challenges that have given you issues always eventually been resolved overtime? I know its less than
ideal, you absolutely should receive the reward you have earned. My advice (In case they do not) would be to take photo of the achievement you have unlocked and the coinciding reward that goes with it. Just a precautionary measure I would include the time
and date if you can, with the pictures taken.

Also, I may of overlooked a crucial part of your question which is the preorder aspect. When a Microsoft Reward Challenge becomes available, it only will activate as a purchase at that time. There should be a message indicating Must be purchased between
Date A-Date B. Preorders from my experience have never fallen under this Timeframe. Since you purchased it ahead of time.

I've waited over a week for one to unlock. Normally these things are pretty instant, they have been from my experience. I've tried support , can't find a specific area to report reward point issues there doesn't seem to be a topic for these and even trying
to report an app, the reward app doesn't come up in the list. I've tried xbox support on twitter, forums and online and I just get ignored. Its doing havoc with my mental state as I'm having a low moment and feeling like I'm being ignored when trying to
report an issue isn't helping. Had a similar issue last month with a reward challenge which didn't complete and again no1 from xbox responded or even acknowledge the issues.

I understand it is frustrating when completing Microsoft challenges and they do not update right away. There are times (as this happened to me when I purchased Madden 21) it may take a day or to for it process. If the reward does not appear after a couple

It's not so much that I can't log in. It just takes forever for the game to load. Then when I complete a challenge, it takes forever to claim the reward. And now I have to complete the same challenge at least two times before the reward finally drops
in. They couldn't make it more frustrating if they tried.

The game pass challenges, if you complete them you get reward points to add to your Microsoft rewards. when you get enough points you can redeem them for subscriptions like Xbox game pass, gold or a gift card, and more.
