    so this happened. I hit the punch card, got an achievement in one of the nominated games, Microsoft Rewards has recognised both events (hence the 2/2) but hasn't given me the 500 point. Is there any way to fix this?

    It could be an error on Microsoft's side. Sometimes they put the reward redemptions on sale and it could get bugged there.
