    Microsoft Rewards Aren't Working For Me.


    My Microsoft rewards app is not loading for me. It will stay on the splash screen for about 30 seconds then return to the homepage without any error message. I've restarted my console several times. What can I do about it? This could also be linking to another issue I have where my daily searches aren't giving me points.

    Hi there,

    Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. If it continues, submit an error report via this link.

    You may find it is a temporary issue....I had the same issue with the Rewards app for a day but it resolved itself in the early hours of this morning

    In that case I would suggest to contact Microsoft Rewards - Microsoft Support

    It might have something to do with the fact your account had been suspended but I cannot be sure of course.
