Microsoft rewards app on Xbox not counting achievements

So in the past 3 days I've gotten achievements from witcher 3, Batman telltale, and carrion. Not a single one has gone toward the 3 per week challenge or the daily 50 points. I'm currently on a 60 week streak and don't want to see it end. Hard reset and
reinstalled the app and still nothing. I've gotten 5 achievements on carrion today and still no success. Please help.

Like slackadelic have said contact rewards support. They always answer in 24 hours time frame and they will resolve the problem if counter doesn't repair itself with reset tomorrow.

It can take, at times, up to 24 hours for those to show, however, if you think there's an issue.

I would file a ticket with Microsoft Rewards support so they can look into it:

Mine is also bugged. I got the achievements, I didn't earn those daily 50 points and I fear I'll lose my weekly streak due to a bug.

I am having this problem too, and am on a 60 week streak currently. Any luck getting it resolved?

Finally got it, maybe it was luck (see below) but hopefully you can re-create this. I'll try to recount it as accurately as possible. I was stuck at 1/3 from one on Thursday, neither 2 from Saturday were counted.
