    Microsoft rewards app location issues


    On Xbox 1, having an issue with the Microsoft rewards app. Every time I try to load it, it simply create an error message saying "console location does not match you current location"

    Xbox location is set to the UK which is correct and o have no proxies or anything like that active that could be changing the location.

    Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? .

  2. Issue with new Microsoft Rewards App.

    I recently joined the new Microsoft Rewards Beta and downloaded the Microsoft Rewards App. When attempting to launch the app it displays a message that reads: Console Location does not match with your current location. My location is United States. My router
    has no VPN and the IP address is based in United States. I contacted customer support and I was referred to this forum to report this issue. Thank you in advance.

    7Plus App Location Issues

    Gday

    Trying to use 7Plus, almost half the time it says "content not available due to location". All my settings are set to Australia. My only fix is to turn off xbox and turn on again.

    Any thoughts or susggestions.

    Unfortunately, you may be experiencing the issue due to your location in South Africa. While Microsoft Rewards is now available in South Africa, it's still a relatively new region and not all features are fully functional yet. Some users have reported problems specifically with the Rewards app on Xbox One.

    Here are some things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

    Check your location settings:

    Ensure your Xbox One is set to South Africa as your location.
    Go to Settings > System > Language & location.
    Select "Location" and make sure South Africa is selected.

    Update the Rewards app:

    Open the Microsoft Rewards app on your Xbox One.
    If an update is available, it will prompt you to install it.
    Make sure you have the latest version of the app.

    Power cycle your Xbox One:

    Turn off your Xbox One completely.
    Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds.
    Plug the power cord back in and turn on your Xbox One.

    Reinstall the Rewards app:

    Uninstall the Microsoft Rewards app from your Xbox One.
