Microsoft Rewards app issue continues.

So, that 10,000 Gamerscore Challenge is still not available for my part. It's too late. Based on the outcome, I am above the age limit which is 35 and under. Furthermore, my Gamerscore is around 330,000. If my Gamerscore is too high, then that mission is not available for me anymore.

There is no age limit or gamerscore limit for the mission. As explained in your original post, the mission is not showing for everyone. Please refrain from creating duplicate threads.

The Rewards app is new and not every rewards regions are supported

You will just have to wait and continue to use the website in the meantime

This is a known issue that’s being actively addressed. Refer to:

There’s currently no confirmed ETA on a fix, but it should be resolved soon.

This is true. The Microsoft Rewards app on Xbox is replaced by the new Rewards hub. Xbox Rewards will remain part of the Microsoft Rewards program, and all points you earn on Xbox will continue in other parts of the program. To maximize your points and earn even more, be sure to check out the hub.

The Xbox Rewards program is not the same as the Microsoft Rewards program. So if you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points for game pass, you would need to continue trying to work with Microsoft Rewards support. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.
