    Microsoft Rewards app is crashing.


    Ever since a couple of updates ago (omega ring), the Microsoft Rewards app has been very slow in loading, updating tiles, and freezing up while navigating, ending with it eventually going back to the dashboard. Sometimes when trying to relaunch, it gives a message about "something went wrong" ands to try again in a minute.

    I've reset my console, I've reset internet, no change.

    Anyone else having problems?

    Why I can't see Microsoft Rewards in my xbox

    Hi, Microsoft Rewards kept crashing and I uninstalled it so I could reinstall, but it is not on Microsoft store. I am based in South Africa.

    That is an image from the Microsoft Rewards app, not the Xbox Rewards program. So it's a Microsoft Rewards offer. You will need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program again as Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.
