Good morning from Greece!

first of all, i want to ask...is this text i'm writing gonna be read by anyone in the top ranks of Microsoft?

anyhow...

Guys , i just wanted to complain-ask, why everytime something rewarding happens in Microsoft is only for US and sometimes UK, or Australia?

Is language a barrier for you guys (in 2018??!?!?!?), or you just don't give a f@_k for the rest of the globe that supports you, by having your products?

You are not a domestic company, you are not selling only in your country, yet each time i went to participate in a contest on xbox (no matter which console, year, game) the same result...US citizens only.....lame!!!!

and now, the Microsoft rewars...US, UK, Australia......really guys????

Give me a reason after 20 years, of being a faithfull (and probably stupid) Microsoft support through 6 xbxo console, PCs, with Microsoft programs shouldn't i go to sony or apple for instance?

I really don't get it...enlight me pleeeeeeaase!

Live Rewards to Microsoft Rewards - Banned Question

Hello,

I was using Microsoft Rewards some time ago for Bing searches, etc. After some time, my account was banned for apparent "Violation of Terms and Conditions". I had contested the motion, and even talked to a representative, but they said there was no way I
could get my account un-banned.

With the move of xbox live rewards to Microsoft rewards, will my Microsoft Rewards account remain banned? Will I be unable to now participate in any rewards system related to Microsoft or Xbox?

the rewards program is not available everywhere, and in some countries is not as complete as in the US; that's just how it is.

Hi! I'll try my best to enlighten you a bit. First off, MS Rewards is already available in a lot of European countries and is being introduced to more countries as time comes. So while no one knows if and when Greece will get it too, the chances aren't
that bad and you probably just have to be a bit more patient.

Regarding giveaways: Yes, as someone from outside the US it's quite frustrating that almost every cool giveaway is limited to those countries. At the same time you have to consider what your chances of winning that one (1) specific limited edition consoles
would be if hundreds of thousands of people from all over the world participate. So while it's not ideal, just keep in mind what the chances of winning are anyway.
