Microsoft Rewards Achievement isn’t ticking off

Sometimes it does take a it for all services to update. If it doesn't work tomorrow try a reset of the Rewards app and if that doesn't work you can make a Microsoft Rewards support ticket but usually tracking is a bit delayed.

Check the achievement list if there is one to see if you completed the right one to satisfy the requirements, and if you did then maybe just wait a few hours for it to sync up to Xbox Live servers, and if that doesn't work then maybe another achievement
unlock will do it.

When did you unlock the achievement? If it's been a few days since you unlocked the achievement and you still haven't completed the punch card, then you'll need to contact Microsoft Rewards Support. Sign at this page: https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/
and scroll down to the bottom for a link that says Contact Microsoft Rewards Support.

So I earned about 5 achievements on the game and it acts like I haven’t to get the rewards. I did on two different accounts and them both doing the same thing.

It’s happening to me and a lot of others as well, all we can do is wait for a fix, if it doesn’t fix before it ends, you might be able contact rewards support and tell them that you’ve gotten achievements but it isn’t tracking rewards support is here: Microsoft rewards support

1. Make sure that you have completed all the required elements to unlock the achievement. You can check the description of the achievement or challenge carefully to ensure that you have unlocked a combination of achievements or challenges to unlock your rewards.

2. Ensure that your console is connected to the Xbox network. To complete challenges and unlock achievements, your Xbox console can’t be set to offline.

3. If you have completed an achievement or challenge while offline, you won’t receive related notices or rewards until you connect to the Xbox network. Make sure that your console is connected to your network equipment (such as router, modem, or gateway), and then press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings. Verify that your console is connected to the network. If necessary, select Test network connection to get a diagnostic. After connecting to the network, try unlocking the achievement again.

4. If you don’t see the “toast” icon or the achievement isn’t listed, try verifying that your gamerscore is updated locally on your Xbox console. After your gamerscore has updated on your console, verify that the changes have synchronized to the Xbox network.

5. If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting the Xbox app by going to Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search for “Xbox Game Bar” > Reset > Repair. After that press, the window key + G then sign in. Go to settings then “Notifications”, if the setting “Notify me when I unlock achievements” is already ticked, kindly un-tick then tick it again to refresh it.
